6. AI Services Disclaimer

Assistpro.ai uses artificial intelligence to provide recommendations, reminders, and assistance. You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
• You are responsible for verifying important information
• AI capabilities may change or improve over time
• Human judgment should be applied to critical decisions

7. Limitation of Liability

Assistpro.ai shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
